So I guess the iPod has a one year limited warranty. I put in a request for a replacement. Now we'll see if it actually gets replaced for free.

Yeah, obviously, I'm still pretty upset to it... they are mailing me a box to mail it back to them... the problem is is that if it isn't covered by warranty, they repair it without telling me and bill me (and from what I've read, bills are generally about $250).... I'm really nervous to even send it in because of that...

Yeah, it does... but they don't... if you read their little service contract when you put in for a repair, it's pretty "rape you in the ass"-like..

Broken Heavyweights
If you know me, you know how important that fucking thing was to me. It's a real shame that it doesn't work anymore. I don't have enough money for a new one, so I'm going to have to go alot cheaper for my new mp3 player. But a new one is necessary, for sure.
